Before Pieces Fall to Dusts

April 14, 2009 trugiaz Leave a comment

Let me be one of those people who copy and paste song lyrics and put it on their blog. Dunno why but I find Razorlight pretty cachy right now although Borrell remain as an arrogant bastard as ever.

“Before I Fall To Pieces”

Oh one more drink and then I’ll go
But there’s one more thing I’ve got to know
Does he take you places that I don’t?
What happened to the story that we wrote?

You just say you don’t know, you don’t know
Oh no you don’t know, you don’t know

Woo

Oh let’s just get this whole thing straight
I don’t wanna kidnap the truth and negotiate
Or miss the point that they met you
Just wanna hear you say something that you believe to be true

You say you don’t know, you don’t know
You just say you don’t know, you don’t know
What it feels like
What it feels like

And so I’ll go before I fall to pieces
Yes I’ll go before I fall to pieces

Now I’m just waiting for something that might never come
If it’s a million to one shot I’ll make sure I won
Seems that nothing is safe, except the truth turns to lies
Never figured it out, I figured out why

So I’ll go, yes I’ll go
Yes I’ll go, yes I’ll go
Oh baby I’ll go, oh yes I’ll go
Yes I’ll go, oh yes I’ll go
Before I fall to pieces
Before I fall to pieces
Yes I’ll go before I fall to pieces
Yes I’ll go before I fall to pieces
Ohhhhhhh Ohhh Ohhh

Now  the question (there always is a questions): Can pieces shattered again to smaller incomprehensible and insignificant speck of dust?

Cheers

A contrary, an anomaly

February 17, 2008 trugiaz Leave a comment

Forgive me if I’m often contrary, especially at festival like today.

When all others are seated. I get up.

When others rise and clap. I sit.

When others in lively discussion. I sleep.

When others set pigeon free. I scatter paddy.

Others have attained independence. Not me.

Forgive me if I’m often contrary. I do it only to remind.

-A poetry I found while reading Mat Som by Lat, a Malaysian cartoonist. Anybody could tell me who’s the original writer of the poet?

Today I See

An act of stupidity combined with self fulfilled ignorance fueled with arrogance.

And I wonder, where has humanity been?

Have it not waken up by the reality? in which it does not only bite but also bark

Have it still lost its way in the dark? fooled by many, tempted by others?

Today I see this, and many more on the days to come.
Cheers

betrayals

gossips

loves

cheats

emotions

arrogances

unappreciative

premature actions

but when we looked back, we are not just seeing how silly it was but also how lively life was.
